We do not collect personal information. ZSwap logs the following technical data for operational purposes: deposit addresses (public blockchain addresses), swap amounts, source/destination chains, and IP addresses for rate limiting. No names, emails, or identity documents are collected or stored.
Technical logs are used solely to operate the service, debug issues, and prevent abuse. IP addresses are used for rate limiting and are not linked to individual identities. We do not sell, share, or rent any data to third parties.
All swap transactions are recorded on public blockchains. Deposit addresses and transaction hashes are publicly visible. ZSwap has no control over this transparency — it is inherent to how blockchain networks operate.
ZSwap does not use tracking cookies or analytics SDKs. We may use essential session data stored locally in your browser to improve usability, which never leaves your device.
Swaps are routed through the NEAR Intents protocol and associated market makers. These third parties may record transaction data as part of their operations. Please review the NEAR Intents privacy policy for details.
Operational logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days and then deleted. We do not maintain long-term records of individual swap activity.
