ZSwap is a non-custodial exchange interface. We do not hold, store, or control your funds at any point. Swaps are executed by third-party solvers through the NEAR Intents protocol. You retain full control of your assets until you send them to the provided deposit address.
ZSwap does not require account registration, identity verification (KYC), or any personal data. You are solely responsible for providing correct wallet addresses. Incorrect addresses may result in permanent loss of funds.
ZSwap charges a service fee on each swap, deducted from the input amount before the swap is executed. The fee is displayed transparently before you confirm any exchange. Additional network fees may apply depending on the source and destination chains.
If a swap cannot be completed (e.g. due to market conditions or slippage), funds are automatically returned to the refund address you provided. ZSwap is not responsible for delays caused by blockchain network conditions.
ZSwap is provided "as is" without any warranties. Exchange rates are indicative and may change between quote and execution. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, execution times, or pricing.
You may not use ZSwap if you are located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency exchange services are prohibited. You agree not to use ZSwap for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZSwap and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service.
